The IT Support department is responsible for IT systems and storage administration for faculty and staff, as well as for running the central IT Helpdesk.
The department is composed of two units: IT Helpdesk and IT Support. Their main objectives are as follows:
- To encourage LAU faculty, staff, and students to use computer technology and and to provide a reliable “single point-of-contact” for users by giving courteous and prompt attention to all incoming IT requests.
- To provide support services in a timely, accurate, efficient and cost effective manner, in order to enable members of the LAU community to work efficiently and effectively.
