Blackboard Learn – Panopto – Ultra Course View

Configure Panopto

1. Access blackboard with an instructor account
2. Click on the course that you want to add Panopto in
3. Click on the + sign

1. Choose Content Market

1. Click on the + sign that appears on the bottom-right of the “Panopto – BB Ultra” content market box

1. You can click on Edit to change the name of the Panopto content and make it visible to students

1. Click on Panopto – BB Ultra Test link 

1. Wait until the LTI link is launching
2. You can start using Panopto by creating a new recording session or uploading a new media
3. To create a new Recording session, you have to click on  Panopto Capture from Create menu

Embed Panopto Video

After configuring Panopto into your course and adding a new content you can choose to embed the video into your course.

1. Access blackboard with an instructor account
2. Click on the course that you want embed a Panopto video into it
3. Click on the + sign

1. Choose Content Market

1. Click on the content market “Panopto Embed”

1. Wait until the LTI link is launching
2. Choose a video
3. Click Insert

Create Panopto Quiz synched to the full grade center

You have to follow the below steps if you want to create a Panopto quiz and you want the grade to be synched automatically to the blackboard full grade center.

1. Access blackboard with an instructor account
2. Click on the course that you want to add a Panopto quiz in
3. Click on the + sign

1. Choose Content Market

1. Click on the content market “Panopto Quiz – Ultra”

1. Wait until the LTI link is launching
2. Choose a video

1. Click Insert
2. Click on the link added

1. Click on the icon “Watch in Panopto”

1. Click on the icon “Edit”

1. Click on the menu Quizzes > Add a Quiz

1. Create the Quiz and click on Apply
