Identity and Password Management Upgrade (part 1)
We are pleased to inform you that we have introduced new features to improve your account security and help us verify your LAU digital identity.
- First, please update your LAU account with the mobile number you always use. Make sure this is a private number as it will be used in the future to verify your digital identity and send you SMS notifications. Register your mobile number at the following link Edit My Profile by pressing the “Update Mobile Number” card.
- Second, you can download the “IBM verify” application from the app store of your Apple or IOS Android operated mobile device for easy and quick account management. Step by step information on how to link the mobile app to your account is available at this link Edit My Profile by pressing the “Register Mobile Device” card.
- Third, you can gain quick and online access to your forgotten account password by defining security questions and answers. Please press this link Edit My Profile then press on “Update Security Questions & Answers” card, to set-up your individual security questions and answers.
With these updates, you will be able to change/reset your password, anytime/anywhere and from any device. You can access all the above through the self-service link Edit My Profile, also available on the Portal.
